POLICY
YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY SEND AN EMAIL TO Napavalleyshuttle@gmail.com asking to CANCEL your reservation (you must provide your booking/confirmation number). Cancellations can be made penalty free 24hrs prior to trip scheduled pickup time and date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Terms "Booking", "Confirmation", "Reservation" refer to to your booking confirmation number provided with this email. The Term "us" "company" refer to California Airporter.
"You" "Your" "Customer" refer to the Cardholder and Passengers in contract.
2. You understand that "Cancellation Policy" refers to your authorization for us to charge your credit card on file is subject to a 50% charge if you cancel within 24hrs of booking pickup time. Your credit card on file is subject to a 100% charge if you cancel within 2hrs of booking pickup time. Furthermore, it is understood and agreed by you, cancellations require an email to be sent by You to "napavalleyshuttle@gmail.com" with the booking confirmation number prior to pickup time (cancellation fees may be accessed)
3. Upon any discrepancy on charges, you agree to wait for a period of 2 weeks prior to any refunds, discounts or adjustments.
4. You agree to furnish us payment for the full amount due, in cash in person, by mailing a check (PO BOX 5602 Vallejo CA 94503 include booking number) if your credit card declines.
5. You agree to NOTIFY us by email (napavalleyshuttle@gmail.com) OR calling us at (707)-648-2222 (Toll Free USA 877-7-CAL-VAN) if your booking flight changes at the Airport or if you forsee a delay in arriving at the Airport/Address.
Furthermore, you agree if you do not provide your updated flight information (changes, rescheduled flights) your card will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
6. You agree, if your flight arrives (upon a delay) after 8pm PST, to increase in charges of the total trip by $10.00
7. You agree, if your flight arrives (upon a delay) after 10pm PST, to increase in charges of the total trip by $20.00
8. You agree, if your flight arrives (upon delay) after 12:00pm PST, to increase in charges of total trip by $25.00
9. You understand that if your flight arrives upon delay (after 8pm), we gaurantee to pick you up at the Airport subject to availability, and guarantee to pick you up within 2hrs of arrival.
10. You agree and understand that we operate as a Shuttle Operation, therefore there maybe other stops or customers on the Shuttle. If you cancel at the time of the pickup, even if the Shuttle has arrived to pick you up or has not, you agree to the cancellation policy conditions.
11. You agree to save a hardcopy of any email that you have sent to us regarding cancellation and forward all copies of credit card charges statements or emails that we may request.
